At SafeAir Shoes, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada
- Free shipping on all orders
- Estimated delivery: 2–9 business days after shipment
United States
- Flat shipping rate of $10.00 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 5–9 business days after shipment
International Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. SafeAir Shoes is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges — United States All sales to the United States are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us with photos of the issue and we will work to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
