At SafeAir Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Show no signs of use
Have all original tags attached
Be in its original packaging
Be accompanied by photos of the product at the time of the request

Items that arrive with signs of use, without original packaging, or without tags will be refused and returned to the sender.

How to Start a Return

Contact us by email with your order number and reason for return
Include photos of the product showing its current condition
Once reviewed and approved, you will receive the return address and shipping instructions

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Processing Once received, the item will be inspected within 3 business days. A refund or exchange will only be processed after confirming the item meets the required conditions.

Size or Model Exchange We offer free size or model exchanges, subject to stock availability. If an exchange is requested, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

Refund If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is approved.
